HOW BUSH and CONGRESS SPENT YOUR MONEY 2007

It seems that when you run an administration in secret and the information and intelligence have to run through one man for editing such as Dick Cheney, your likely going to see the forward peddling of NIE to the liking of the administration and then the backpedaling by all the parties involved. In 2002 we had Bush/Cheney, Colin Powell (SOS) Rumsfeld (SOD) Rice (NSA) FBI and CIA with Chief of Staff.

Now thanks to the 2004 Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act (IRTPA) we have the most convoluted, unconnected bureaucratic nightmare making up our intelligence in the ‘go to war with Iran issue.’ They include:

President
Vice-President
Sec of State
Sec of Defense
Dep Sec of Defense
Undersec of Defense on Intelligence
Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)
National Security Agency (NSA)
Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency (AF ISR or AIA)
Army Military Intelligence (MI)
Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA)
National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA)
National Reconnaissance Office (NRO)
Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI)
United States Department of Energy
Office of Intelligence and Counterintelligence (OICI)
United States Department of Homeland Security
Office of Intelligence and Analysis (OIA)
Coast Guard Intelligence (CGI)
United States Department of Justice
Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
United States Department of State
Bureau of Intelligence and Research (INR)
United States Department of the Treasury
Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence (TFI)

Not part of IC
Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)
The (ODNI) Office of Director of National Intelligence which is not listed

Why is it any wonder that we have no confidence in

FDA
Port and Border security
FEMA (now under Homeland Security)
FAA
DOT
Veterans Affairs
Etc.

2007 FEDERAL BUDGET

_____________________________________
